(Assistant) Manager, Business Development

About the Job

  • Activating the accounts from strategic clients to untapped potentials to meet sales target and grow our market share
  • Approach the right prospects and arrange the meetings through personal connection, cold calls to direct clients and agencies
  • Capable to build the long-term and key clients in the profolio
  • Develop and provide the suitable advertising solution to answer client’s need/ KPI
  • Responsible for closing the deal from proposal/presentation decks preparation to contract negotiation
  • Giving a clear and accurate client briefing and working with different teams for proposal preparation, project delivery and post-campaign report… etc.
  • Ensure our competitiveness in the market through the competitive review and workout package/ pricing.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 3 to 5-year experience in client/ business development, digital content platform, client side/ client servicing will be an advantage.
  • Strong connection and experience in Banking & Finance, Insurance and Health-related categories
  • Result driven and proven track record in delivering digital results
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Familiar with providing strategic planning, and able to lead the team to deliver competitive offerings and good performance
  • Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
Officer, Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Providing differentiated service to customers and contribute to customer retention and growth
  • Collaborate with business support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and delivery of customer-focused service to exceed customer expectations
  • Establish customer relationships, know the customers to gain their confidence and trust, and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Serve as customers’ key contact point in initiating customer instructions and monitoring fund performance

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Financial Services, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Holder of SFC Representative License of Type 1 is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and customer-oriented
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

Officer, Customer Services

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and professional support to clients such as handling and resolving client’s enquiries, requests and complaints
  • Coordinate with cross-department to enhance operation efficiency and customer experience
  • Handle individual and corporate account onboarding procedures include data collection and KYC/CDD
  • Assist the daily maintenance and continuous enhancement of customer chat management platform
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Finance or related discipline
  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
  • Holder of SFC license RA1 and RA2 or equivalent
  • Strong customer services with excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered 
Sales - Mortgage and Unsecured Loan

Job Duties

  • Promote mortgage and unsecured loan service to new and existing customers
  • Achieve individual and team targets on mortgage lending
  • Drive mortgage and unsecured loan business and generate revenue through sales activities
  • Provide quality customer services on all mortgage-related matters in professional manner

Requirements

  • Diploma or above. Degree holder is preferred
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking with focus on mortgage loan business
  • Licenses in IIQE and Estate Agents are highly preferred
  • With strong client network would be an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Video Editor

About the Job

1. Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, to develop the content to meet our goals: viewership, brand’s identity and business development
  • Ideas generation and input to produce and deliver the quality program in different platform
  • Recommend, arrange and conduct interviews with industry professional (if needed)
  • Analysis the data and generate the insight and action points

2. Live Streaming, Video Shooting & Editing

  • Live panel management and live-streaming production
  • Pre-video shooting arrangement
  • Video shooting, including lighting and audio set-up
  • Video editing and proofread the contents/videos before publishing
  • Search and add the animation/aftereffect or photo key up and subtitle to enrich the video content
  • Produce and edit the suitable video size/format for the respective platform

3. Audience engagement

  • Ensure the healthy audience engagement, Fans growth and Reach to be delivered in all digital platforms
  • Risk management, if needed

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder in Multimedia, TV Production, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience preferred, with solid track record in creating engaging video in digital platforms.  
  • Proficiency Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect, Illustrator etc.
  • Interested in Finance & investment, healthcare and book-reading is an advantage
  • Experience in video shooting / scriptwriting / video editing / production
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline
  • Good communication skills, judgement and execution ability
  • Open for video-base creative talents that able to come up with good content directions. 
  • Passionate about different social media platforms. Stay up-to-date with social trends and emerging digital technology
  • Resourceful, good follow through, and strong sense of responsibility
