Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidation financial statements and management reports, including cash flow statements;
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts;
- Prepare and review financial analysis and reports;
- Liaise with external auditors & review annual audited reports of all companies incorporated in HK;
- Supervise daily operations of accounting and financial reporting functions;
- Assist in implementing and monitoring internal and financial control policies;
- Handle in handling annual audit and tax filing for the Group companies;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
- 5-8 years relevant experience, preferable in media and entertainment industry;
- Working experience in listed company preferred;
- Familiar with PRC accounting and tax regulations;
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Qualified member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
