Communications | Senior Communications Executive

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of holistic communications and media relations programmes to support Emperor Group’s corporate activities, promotional programmes, executive profiling, public affairs and issues management, and project, event or business unit publicity
  • Provide editorial and logistics support for corporate communications, including but not limited to key messages, line-to-take , press release, corporate website updates, social media posts, as well as providing support of IR-related reports (Interim, Annual and ESG) etc.
  • Assist in the Department’s public relations, media communications and event organization for internal/external corporate initiatives in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Support issues/crisis management and ad hoc projects of the Company
  • Participate and manage CSR/ESG related projects and assignments as needed.
  • Help coordinate campaigns and promotion activities among different teams and departments
  • Research and analyze marketing trend and competitors' campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day media monitoring and news clippings
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills and contribute to team growth

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Public Relations / Communications/ marketing or equivalent. Ability to do translation work with proven track record would be an advantage
  • At least 3 years’experience in communications/ corporate communications/ philanthropy/ non-profit engagement/ public affairs or related fields in a senior executive capacity with proven track record
  • Strong bilingual copywriting and proofreading skills; Excellent command of written English and Cantonese is a must, fluent in oral English Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Highly motivated, career-minded, creative and excellent interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment
  • Organised and excellent attention to detail.

Human Resources I Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Full-Spectrum HR Support: Provide a full range of HR services to support daily business operations, including talent acquisition, manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, and staff engagement.

  • Frontline Strategic Partner: Act as a bridge between HR and operations. Collaborate closely with line managers to understand their manpower needs and deliver timely HR solutions.

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all staff from onboarding, contract renewal, to off-boarding.

  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports, headcount analytics, and tracking for management review.

  • HR Projects & Ad-hoc Duties: Support and participate in various assigned HR projects aimed at driving operational efficiency, workflow automation, and employee wellness initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • 1-2 years of HR working experience

  • Prior HR experience in front line hiring, mass recruitment or talent acquisition in Retail, F&B, Hospitality is highly preferred

  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & other HR-related legislation

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

  • Detail-minded, well-organized, good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Immediately available is preferred
