Communications | Senior Communications Executive

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of holistic communications and media relations programmes to support Emperor Group’s corporate activities, promotional programmes, executive profiling, public affairs and issues management, and project, event or business unit publicity
  • Provide editorial and logistics support for corporate communications, including but not limited to key messages, line-to-take , press release, corporate website updates, social media posts, as well as providing support of IR-related reports (Interim, Annual and ESG) etc.
  • Assist in the Department’s public relations, media communications and event organization for internal/external corporate initiatives in Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Support issues/crisis management and ad hoc projects of the Company
  • Participate and manage CSR/ESG related projects and assignments as needed.
  • Help coordinate campaigns and promotion activities among different teams and departments
  • Research and analyze marketing trend and competitors' campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day media monitoring and news clippings
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills and contribute to team growth

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Public Relations / Communications/ marketing or equivalent. Ability to do translation work with proven track record would be an advantage
  • At least 3 years’experience in communications/ corporate communications/ philanthropy/ non-profit engagement/ public affairs or related fields in a senior executive capacity with proven track record
  • Strong bilingual copywriting and proofreading skills; Excellent command of written English and Cantonese is a must, fluent in oral English Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Highly motivated, career-minded, creative and excellent interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment
  • Organised and excellent attention to detail.

IT | IT Administration & Procurement Officer

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage suppliers of IT hardware, software, and services
  • Process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation
  • Support daily operations of the IT procurement team
  • Monitor IT inventory and generate asset management reports
  • Oversee stocktaking and manage IT asset lifecycles
  • Facilitate communication within the IT department and with stakeholders
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining IT systems
  • Prepare reports on procurement budgets and expenditures
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT or procurement
  • Background in procurement, inventory, supply chain, or IT operations
  • Professional qualifications in accounting or law are a plus
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools to create clear and impactful reports
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
IT | Service Desk Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Primary contact for technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, managing incidents/requests.
  • Log and address IT incidents/requests per SLAs, escalating when needed.
  • Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams.
  • Monitor and maintain systems with updates, patches, and backups.
  • Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
  • Enforce IT policies and security standards.
  • Work 5x8 rotating shifts (within 7:00 AM–7:00 PM) based on business needs.

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong team player with a proactive, self-motivated mindset, complemented by excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

 

行政部 | 保安員 (全職/兼職)

工作職責

  • 負責公司物業範圍內保安
  • 巡邏及處理日常有關事務
  • 協助處理其他由上級指派的工作

 

工作要求

  • 中三程度
  • 持有保安培訓課程證書(QAS);持有保安人員許可證
  • 持急救証書優先
  • 責任感、守時、誠實有禮、可靠、工作態度良好
  • 工作時間:  每週工作6天 - 輪班,輪休;每天工作9小時 (7:00am – 4:00pm / 2:00pm - 11:00pm)
