Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, M&A agreements, and other transaction documents;
- Advise on legal aspects of property development projects;

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Inspect, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works in Group portfolio properties
- Devise maintenance plan and prepare annual budget for maintenance works
- Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance programs, prepare relevant monthly reports and contract administration

Requirements:

- Maintenance experience in electrical systems, plumbing and drainage, builder’s works and other building services

Requirements:
