Senior Investment Officer (Property Development)

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct market analysis, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for various property types across multiple regions, including Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and overseas
  • Support valuation exercises, due diligence processes, and compliance reviews
  • Monitor portfolio performance, particularly in Mainland China; track market trends and maintain transaction databases
