Communications | Creative Designer / Senior Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Generate multimedia content and execute multimedia design and production, including graphics, motion graphics, editing and retouching for social media platforms (FB, IG, Wechat), and other corporate and marketing campaigns
  • Execute photoshoots and video shoots for design development.
  • Carry out the project from concept development, layout presentation, artwork design to production independently
  • Communicate with contractor to execute the requirements on visual materials
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Assist Creative Team on office works


Requirements:

  • Degree in multimedia design / graphic / web design or other relative disciplines
  • 3-5 years or above in graphic design, web design and multi-media design
  • Proficiency in Mac with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and other related software
  • Experience with video, photo shooting
  • Skilled and experienced in motion graphic and social media or video content.

HR | Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle payroll matters such as preparing monthly payroll calculation, final payment, tax returns, MPF contributions and other compensation & benefits related matters
  • Ensure accuracy in attendance & leave reports submitted by operation departments
  • Prepare post-payroll reports such as cost allocation
  • Assist in C&B or other HR projects as requested

 

Requirements

  • Payroll experience in labor-intensive industry eg. Retail, F&B, Hospitality
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance, ECO, Tax regulation, MPF Scheme etc.

Legal & Secretarial | Company Secretarial Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties

IT | Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Application Support for FX, Bullion and Trading platforms
  • Manage application production environment and to ensure stability, security and availability
  • Responsible for driving technical solutions in alignment with the application roadmap and to meet BU owners’ requirements
  • Collaborate with project team and external vendors on application-related project implementation and ongoing operational support
  • Manage incidents, issues and requests from Help Desk, Businesses, and Client escalation
  • Identify problems and participate in problem management resolution by collecting and tracking data and progress
  • Deploy production release processes
  • Maintain environment availability facilitating client activities 
  • Work across many teams in business and technology spaces

Requirements:

IT | Infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial and retail IT infrastructure projects from requirements, schedules, resource planning, budgeting, implementation, test, launch and closure
  • To coordinate internal resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets
  • Manage the end-to-end project activities for standard client deliveries and small to large customization projects
  • Coordinate multiple ongoing deliveries, working with in-house resources across multiple teams and directly with customers to ensure a highly successful and efficient (and repeatable) delivery process is followed
  • Write clear and concise task assignments for the technical and creative team
  • Set project quality and performance standards and ensure the project team adheres to the standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

  • Certified Scrum Master preferred
  • Additional Project Management Qualifications (PMP/Prince 2) an advantage

  • Perform business analysis, user requirement collection and assist stakeholders in developing business process flow
  • Translate business requirements into functional design, business workflow specification
  • Understand the needs, facilitate and balance the requirements amongst multiple business stakeholders and recommend solutions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance proactively as 1st line support
  • Provide office PC Hardware, Software installation maintenance and upgrade
  • Provide helpdesk support to users on desktop computing and office equipment
  • Handle internal network and solve the connection problem
  • Perform hardware and software inventory control
  • Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders
  • Work closely with internal and external parties and complete requests

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate of IVE or Diploma in Computer Studies, Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support including user, Windows server and network support
  • Hands on experience in system administration of Microsoft platform such as Windows Server, AD, Exchange, M365, File services, and virtualization technologies
