IT | IT Procurement & Business Manager

Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Lead IT procurement team to review and improve the existing procurement framework, including the processes, procedures and policies
  • Identify and implement innovative procurement solutions and change initiatives that provide tangible savings, process efficiencies and enhance business performance for Business Units.
  • Build up vendor management framework, sources new competitive vendors and establish long-term partnership
  • Negotiate the best commercial terms with new and existing vendors
  • Perform risk management and mitigation especially for IT contracts review and IT related compliance changes updates

Business Management

  • Support CIO on departmental budget, resource planning, people strategy and administration work

Requirements:

IT l Senior System Engineer (Cloud Architect)

Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong hands on experiences in Cloud technologies in AWS, Ali and Azure
  • Responsible for cloud solution design, build and maintain the cloud systems, evaluate cloud application and hardware, capacity and storage planning, application migration to cloud and system performance etc
  • Manage project implementation including planning, scheduling, quality control, vendor management, auditing and budget management
  • Provide prompt production support, identify problem root cause and implement preventive measures
  • Handle maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance proactively as 1st line support

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle independently full spectrum of company secretarial matters for the group companies
  • Prepare directors’ report, corporate governance report, interim report, announcements and circulars of listed members
  • Organize and general attendance to meetings of Board / Board committees / shareholders and handle relevant meeting materials
  • Provide professional corporate governance support to the group to ensure due compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Participate and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Where appropriate, take a supervisory role to a team of junior secretarial staff

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years or above company secretarial experience in listed companies
  • Bachelor Degree or above in company secretarial studies or related discipline
  • Qualified member of HKCGI / CGI
  • Good knowledge in compliance with rules, regulations and ordinances, including Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules and Securities & Futures Ordinance
