Responsibilities

Responsible for executing variety investment orders on FX / Precious Metal in efficient and accurate manner
Assist to conduct trade surveillance
Perform risk control against clients’ account margin level
Make prompt and competitive quotes to external and internal customers
Engage in daily operations
Participate in different projects and assigned ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Higher diploma or above in Finance or a related discipline
1-2 years of relevant experience, with solid experience in dealing desk is an advantage
Willing to take SFC Type 3 License Examination
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications
Night shift and work on public holidays is required

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with designated channel partners and potential clients to achieve sales targets and drive new business growth
Provide full spectrum of sales administrative support, including account opening (clients/IB), reimbursement processing, and workflow coordination
Manage daily operations and resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, with escalation when necessary
Prepare and maintain training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient sales processes
Coordinate seminars, events, and promotional activities to support business development initiatives
Prepare sales reports and perform data analysis, offering actionable insights to enhance business performance
Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
2–3 years of relevant experience in sales support or sales operations, experience in the FX, CFD, or brokerage industry is an advantage
Knowledge of financial products (e.g. FX, CFDs, or trading platforms) is preferred
Self-motivated with strong coordination and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel to Mainland China (PRC) as required
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Candidates available for immediate start will be highly preferred
