Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative support but not limited to filing, data entry, document management and pantry management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of documents to internal departments.
  • Handle outdoor errands, including visits to banks, post offices, government departments, and documents collection/delivery.
  • Handle general reception duties including greeting guests, manage incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating courier services etc.

Requirements

  • DSE or above.
  • 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for executing variety investment orders includes global securities and futures, bonds, funds etc. in efficient and accurate manner 
  • Assist to conduct trade surveillance 
  • Perform risk control against clients’ account margin level, work closely with Credit Risk Control team

  • Provide general supports to clients’ inquiries 
  • Participate in daily operations

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Finance or related discipline 
  • 1 year relevant experience (with solid experience in dealing desk will be an advantage) 
  • Holder of SFC license RA1 and RA2

  • Night shift and work on public holidays is required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with related departments to review customer and prospect situations and determine the appropriate products and services for them
  • Establish relationships with high-new-worth clients to monitor financial situation and identify client needs resulting in new sales opportunities
  • Assist in opening new accounts and ongoing maintenance of existing accounts
  • Deliver investment services to high-new-worth clients, including but not limited to pre-trade checks, executing dealing instructions, and preparing post-trade documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, specifically dealing with high-net-worth clients
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or similar credentials preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytic and presentable; Strong self-initiative, highly motivated, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsibilities        

  • Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and clearly identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models, scenario analyses, sensitivity testing, and investment/business case evaluations to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare high-quality management reporting packs, dashboards, and presentations that deliver actionable insights on financial performance, KPIs, trends, and forecasts
  • Partner closely with operational departments to collect relevant data, challenge assumptions, and ensure financial plans are aligned with operational strategies and objectives
  • Provide clear financial guidance, interpretations, and recommendations to senior management and business partners
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems and reporting tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership, or data analytics within brokerage, proprietary trading, FX/CFD, banking, or cross-border payments; prior exposure to dealing/FX desks is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated; able to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office; hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Tableau, or similar ERP/BI tools is an advantage
