英皇娛樂集團Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Prepare consolidation financial statements and management reports, including cash flow statements;
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts;
  • Prepare and review financial analysis and reports;
  • Liaise with external auditors & review annual audited reports of all companies incorporated in HK;
  • Supervise daily operations of accounting and financial reporting functions;
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring internal and financial control policies;
  • Handle in handling annual audit and tax filing for the Group companies;
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects


Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
  • 5-8 years relevant experience, preferable in media and entertainment industry;
  • Working experience in listed company preferred;
  • Familiar with PRC accounting and tax regulations;
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Qualified member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting functions;
  • Prepare and review accounting vouchers and regular reports;
  • Handle month-end / year end closing including the preparation and review of analysis schedules, balance sheet schedules, financial statements, reconciliation statements, management reporting;
  • Review and monitor project cost control, prepare performance of cost and variance analysis reports when necessary;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Finance/ Accounting or related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 3 years of solid accounting experience ;
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, MS Excel and accounting software such as Dynamic AX;
  • Knowledge of PRC accounting rules and regulations is a plus;
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure while meet tight deadlines;
  • Experienced candidates will be considered as Accountant;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

英皇影院集團Senior System Engineer / System Engineer (Retail Focus)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in implementing new system projects, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to timelines.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding of project objectives.
  •  Provide technical solutions based on user requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  •  Oversee the installation of new systems including POS, Kiosks, Handheld and Payment Device etc., ensuring proper configuration and integration with existing infrastructure.
  •  Conduct comprehensive testing of systems post-installation and migration to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Offer ongoing support for existing systems with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to maintain system integrity and performance. Onsite support is required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Management or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience in system implementation, solution design and system support
  • Solid experience on retails applications such as POS, Kiosks, Handheld, Payment Device and e-commerce
  • Familiar in retail store infrastructure and network
  • Experience in managing vendor(s) along the application and hardware support
  • Experience in API integration, Python, HTML5, in an added advantage.
  • Working experience in cinema business is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
