Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campaign management to generate leads to support business growing, including planning, implementation, tracking, reporting, and analysis, while adhering to strict project timelines and budgets.
- Campaign planning: develop strategic plan for timely campaign launch to drive penetration and conversion including channel selection, timing, budget allocation, based on market segments to gain new retail customers and build retention.
- Campaign execution: set up campaigns, track campaign performance, conduct analysis, and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Ad creative management: collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to ensure preparation and delivery of ad creatives, including copy, images, videos, etc.
- Organize trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as recruiting designers, animators and printers.
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Campaign Manager, demonstrating a successful track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across social media, web, paid media, and earned media channels.
- Strong focus on collaborating with media, influencers, and partners is preferred.
- Hands-on CRM experience from B2C campaign execution and planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive self-starter who can prioritize efficiently and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, an in-depth understanding of current marketing technologies and trends, relevant working experience and project management skills.
- Analytical and organized mindset with the ability to evaluate campaigns, to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Intellectual curiosity and an interest in finance industry

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes in the business
- Understand the Financial market and market trends, in particular CFD markets, and propose new business ideas/ opportunities with long-term business plans, strategies, and competitive analysis and growth expectations to ensure profitable business growth through a sustainable business model
- Manage the entire lifecycle of emerging technology projects. Develop and lead the execution of a long-term strategic plan including target, markets/ applications, internal and external milestones, and execution plan
- Sitting under IT department, act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, providing clear communication on project objectives, progress, and challenges, as well as driving the discussions and documentation of detail user requirements and functional designs.
- Understand current systems, including trading platforms, CRM, fund management, and mobile apps, design and recommend features and product roadmaps to meet business needs, and enhance customer experience.
- Function as both Project Manager and Business Analyst to drive project execution, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the product development lifecycle, including roadmaps, user stories, and release notes.

Requirements
- Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
- Solid experience with FX and Bullion CFD, and familiarity with MT4/MT5. Experience in Crypto industry is also welcomed.
- Proven experience managing projects and communicating with business users and technical teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage with internal and external parties
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate market insights into actionable business strategies, as well as product roadmaps and features
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results under tight timelines
- Web 3.0 industry exposure is a plus.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Less experienced candidates can be considered as Assistant Manager
