CRM Manager (Properties)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns on partnership, promotion and CRM
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns and manage loyalty program and system enhancement
  • Monitor and maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively seek quality partnership opportunities and cultivate strong relationship with tenants and external partners for collaboration to drive sales
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market trends, customer databases, and target audience needs to develop engaging and effective campaign strategies
  • Maintain a strong network with press, influencers and retail partners
  • Gather market intelligence to stay informed about trends and competition

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Marketing, Communications or business related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ relevant experience in property developer, with brand marketing experience would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in marketing management, leveraging a variety of strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance, with a particular focus on loyalty program development and execution
  • Good network with media partners, press and production house
  • Good communication and analytical skills and able to work under pressure
  • Energetic, independent, creative and innovative mindset, strong interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
Quantity Surveying Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the development projects and A&A Works
  • Responsible for feasibility studies, budgetary control, technical audit, tender procurement, payment forecast, contract administration and settlement of final accounts
  • Responsible for carrying out market research / sourcing activities / building material procurement

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience; qualified QS member of MHKIS/MRICS preferred
  • Familiar with construction costs and all facets of pre and post contract quantity surveying practice
  • Good command of written English & Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of working independently under minimum supervision
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveying Manager 
Senior Investment Officer (Property Development)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing real estate markets, financial modeling, and feasibility studies for commercial/industrial acquisitions
  • Support property valuations, due diligence, and compliance checks
  • Monitor portfolio performance (including the UK), track market trends, and maintain transaction databases
  • Collaborate with teams/consultants on transactions, development plans, and regulatory alignment
  • Prepare reports on market dynamics, zoning policies, and portfolio benchmarks
  • Support the execution of sales, marketing, and asset management plans for UK projects, tracking timelines and budgets

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Finance, or related field
  • MRICS or CFA professional qualification will be an advantage
  • 3+ years of experience in property valuation/investment analysis; UK market exposure preferred
  • Basic financial modeling (Excel) and valuation skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
