Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns on partnership, promotion and CRM
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns and manage loyalty program and system enhancement
- Monitor and maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Proactively seek quality partnership opportunities and cultivate strong relationship with tenants and external partners for collaboration to drive sales
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market trends, customer databases, and target audience needs to develop engaging and effective campaign strategies

Requirements
- University graduate in Marketing, Communications or business related disciplines
- Minimum 5-10 years’ relevant experience in property developer, with brand marketing experience would be an advantage
- Proven experience in marketing management, leveraging a variety of strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance, with a particular focus on loyalty program development and execution
- Good network with media partners, press and production house
- Good communication and analytical skills and able to work under pressure
- Energetic, independent, creative and innovative mindset, strong interpersonal and organizational skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is highly preferred

- Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans and strategies for all properties within the portfolio
- Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Develop and manage the facility management budget, track expenses, and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
- Lead and mentor a team of facility & Property management staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to support property development projects and ensure seamless operations
- Implement sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact across properties
- Prepare reports and presentations on facility management performance, budget analysis, and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in facility management within the real estate or property management industry
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- Proficient in budget management, vendor negotiations, and contract administration
- Obtain Property Management Practitioner License is a must
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
