CRM Manager (Properties)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and campaigns on partnership, promotion and CRM
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns and manage loyalty program and system enhancement
  • Monitor and maintain good relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively seek quality partnership opportunities and cultivate strong relationship with tenants and external partners for collaboration to drive sales
  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market trends, customer databases, and target audience needs to develop engaging and effective campaign strategies
  • Maintain a strong network with press, influencers and retail partners
  • Gather market intelligence to stay informed about trends and competition

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Marketing, Communications or business related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ relevant experience in property developer, with brand marketing experience would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in marketing management, leveraging a variety of strategic initiatives to enhance sales performance, with a particular focus on loyalty program development and execution
  • Good network with media partners, press and production house
  • Good communication and analytical skills and able to work under pressure
  • Energetic, independent, creative and innovative mindset, strong interpersonal and organizational skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
Manager, Facility & Property Management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facility management plans and strategies for all properties within the portfolio
  • Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Develop and manage the facility management budget, track expenses, and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of facility & Property management staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to support property development projects and ensure seamless operations
  • Implement sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact across properties
  • Prepare reports and presentations on facility management performance, budget analysis, and recommendations for improvement

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in facility management within the real estate or property management industry
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
  • Proficient in budget management, vendor negotiations, and contract administration
  • Obtain Property Management Practitioner License is a must
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
