Responsibilities :
- Perform full set of accounts and daily accounting functions including accounts receivable & payable, etc.
- Prepare various management and analysis reports to the Management team and the Group
- Handle month-end closing including the preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Review and monitor project cost control, prepare performance of cost and variances analysis report
- Handle inter-company transactions and reconcile monthly balance
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience or above in the accounting & finance field
- Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software such as Flex Account
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and serving designated portfolios of client accounts for the Private Booking business
- Responsible for revenue generation in both private booking and movie voucher sale areas
- Monitor and maintain the assigned client portfolios at a high-level of client services standard
- Develop the portfolios by prospecting new individual and corporate clients
- Provide thought leadership/innovation in expanding client database
- Drive account mining/penetration strategies and actively manage pipeline for growth and development of the account/portfolio to maximize revenue
- Actively measure and monitor success and consistently seek ways to better service clients and improve internal coordination
- Assist with cross-selling initiatives across functional teams in our Movie and Cinema businesses and to drive news sales into our existing client base
- Assist Management in developing, planning and implementing new business initiatives and projects when required
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree or above, preferably in Business or Communications related disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in sales & marketing and client relationship management fields
- A proven track record in sales and client relationship building with large to middle-sized multinational/local corporate clients
- An ability to develop strong relationships with partners and clients and proactively work to understand their priorities, objectives and needs
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
- Less experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Select and recommend film programs for all cinemas to maximize revenue
- Manage and plan daily, weekly and monthly film schedule of cinemas
- Input schedule and corresponding ticket price data into ticketing system
- Attend exhibitor screening and provide insight and forecast on upcoming film release for booking selection
- Provide on-site support for cinema events
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or above
- 2 years or above experience in meida/cinema/theatre industry
- Pleasant, proactive, highly organized, detailed-minded and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Love movies and be a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Handle Customer Service Hotline enquiries and complaints from public in a professional manner
- Update database and consolidate reports
- Perform administrative and ad hoc projects as required
- With working experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Presentable and pleasant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
- Familiar with PC operation such as MS Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the creation of high-quality and engaging social media content to enhance our cinema’s brand image and achieve desired goals
- Manage day-to-day posting and editing of content on social media platforms, including but not limited to Website, App, Corporate Portal, Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube
- Work closely with marketing, film booking and operation teams in supporting media production including copywriting, shooting and graphic design
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Graphic/ Multimedia, Journalism, Communication or related discipline
- With 3 years' or above experience in a marketing position
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe PhotoShop
- Knowledge in photography and photos/ video editing software
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager is a plus
- Think out of the box while adhering to brand guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Responsibilities:
- Provide wide spectrum of training services to our frontlines including training & development initiatives, training need analysis, training & SOP manuals, as well as training administration & arrangement in order to achieve overall training effectiveness
- Administrate and ensuring systematic capture of corporate training records, data and reports to ensure training effectiveness
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure correct setup and equipment requirements are provided
- Coordinate and monitor mystery shopper program, work together with different business units to enhance the cinema service level, facilitate frontline staff to achieve the services goals
- Conduct regular visit with cinemas frontlines to ensure an effective implementation of service excellence, and to enhance staff relations and communications
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Over 2 years solid training experience in F&B, retail or other service sector
- Experience of designing and developing innovative learning and development solutions and handling customer service enquiry is advantageous
- Great passion in training and development, highly motivated, dynamic and proactive
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and reporting skills, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Detailed-oriented, mature, flexible, a good team-player
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, video editing software
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Training Officer
