Responsibilities

• Perform full set of accounts and daily accounting functions including accounts receivable & payable etc. 

• Handle month-end closing including the preparation and review of financial statements including HK companies and PRC subsidiaries

• Handle project related finance matters including payment and receipts, budget monitoring, and project analysis 

• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline 

• 6-8 years of experience or above in the accounting & finance field; experience gained in e-commerce or with PRC experience would be an advantages

• Excellent Excel skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Analytical thinker and skilled problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach.

• A team player with positive working attitude 

• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

• Immediate available is preferred

Responsibilities 

• Provide legal advice, support and services to the designated business and its subsidiaries across locations/territories on compliance and/or legal related matters 

• Draft and review agreements and documentations in the cinema and film production industry, including without limitation to tenancy agreements, construction agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements, with emphasis on HK, PRC and Macau  

• Handle translation of legal documents as well as company correspondence

• Coordinate and collaborate closely with various internal business functions and relevant professional advisers

• Participate in supporting legal service for ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Law related discipline in HK or other commonwealth jurisdictions.
• General Common law knowledge is a must and PRC law knowledge is an advantage

• 3 years or above legal firm or in-house experience

• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese 

• Proactive, self-motivated, independent, detailed-minded and able to work under pressure 

• Entertainment and media industry experience is an advantage 

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Legal Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of month-end closing consolidated financial statements, financial analysis and related schedules;

• Assist in interim and annual reporting;

• Coordinate tax filing and compliance matters;

• Support daily operations in finance function for overseas business units;

• Handle payment function;

• Liaise with external auditors;

• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in finance, accounting or other related disciplines;

• Minimum 3 years of solid accounting or auditing experience. Experience in listed company will be preferred;

• Good knowledge of HKFRS and consolidation process;

• Self-motivated, independent, and able to communicate effectively with all levels;

• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin);

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Dynamic AX

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
