Massive relief efforts from all over the world has been arriving in Sichuan in response to the 512 earthquake to meet the daily needs of the victims. However, their mental health remains a concern. "Emperor Foundation", "Emperor Entertainment Group" and "Social Workers Across Borders" jointly held a friendship tour to Leigu, a quake hit town in Beichuan County, Sichuan Province on Mid-autumn Festival.
Over 60 staff and artistes formed a volunteer team to pay a visit of condolence to the people there. They made home visits with festive gift packs, built sports facilities, offered family photo taking service, and gave a simple singing performance. EEG artistes Gillian Chung, Charlene Choi, Yumiko Cheng and Don Li sang several classic oldies and everyone enjoyed a meaningful and memorable Mid-autumn Festival.
