Responsibilities
-
Execute and manage a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments across multiple sectors including IPOs, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising activities and strategic corporate advisory services

Handle project execution and business origination activities, including preparation of comprehensive pitchbooks, proposals, and information memoranda for client presentations
-
Conduct in-depth industry and company research, financial analysis, thorough due diligence, and targeted marketing activities to support transaction execution
-
Evaluate and assess potential deals through detailed market research and valuation analysis,
-
Coordinate and liaise with various professional parties including legal counsel, auditors, underwriters, and regulatory authorities involved in corporate finance transactions
-
Provide support to team members and perform additional duties as directed by senior team members
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree or higher; Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or other related disciplines are preferred
-
1-2 years of related experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, valuation or auditing fields
-
Knowledge of Listing Rules and Takeovers Code is highly desirable
-
Strong critical and logical thinking skills with analytical capabilities
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
-
Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is required

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Willingness to travel frequently as required for client meetings and deal execution
Responsibilities
- Execute trades efficiently and effectively while ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.
- Develop and implement a proprietary and flow trading book focused on credit products particularly in Fixed Income and bonds
- Collaborate with traders, analysts, and risk management teams to exchange insights and enhance trading strategies.
- Coordinate with support units throughout the trade lifecycle to ensure seamless operations.
- Produce profit and loss statements, as well as trading records and reports for analysis and review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
- SFC Type 1 license holder preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-3 years working experience in fix income trader
- Good problem-solving skills, analytic and presentable.
- Strong self-initiative, highly motivated, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English including Mandarin.
Responsibilities

Handle daily settlement and clearing operation including HK & Foreign Securities Market / Bond & Fund

Handle all settlement process related to IPO subscription and allotment

Liaise with external brokers, prepare funding

Process corporate action and corporate event in a timely manner
- Participate system enhancement, UAT testing, project development
Requirements
-
Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
-
3 years or above relevant experience in brokerage firms, Banking or financial industry

Basic knowledge in derivatives products is preferred

Good knowledge in CCASS operation

Familiar with DCASS is preferable

Attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Good PC knowledge including MS Word & Excel
