Responsibilities

  • Perform full set of accounting functions among the group
  • Assist in preparing various management and analysis reports
  • Handle month-end / year end closing independently, including but not limited to the preparation and review of analysis schedules, balance sheet schedules, financial statements, reconciliation statements, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Review and monitor project cost control, prepare performance of cost and variance analysis reports when necessary
  • Assist in other general accounting duties when required
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant accounting experience gained in financial industry is highly preferrable
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software e.g. Flex and Dynamic AX
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise the process of insurance policy issue 
  • Handle fund transactions to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements 
  • Prepare monthly commission reports 
  • Assist in formulating and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures of Ordinance update 
  • Ensure clients are receiving high levels of customer service  
  • In-charge of administrative and daily operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including registration and renewal of all consultant licenses (such as IA, MPFA, and EAA)

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Sales & Marketing, or any other related disciplines
  • 5 years or above experience in wealth management
  • Holder of License 1 and 4 is preferred
  • Familiar with SFC and PIBA regulations
  • Knowledge in bonds, securities, insurance and real estate would be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command in written & spoken in English & Chinese (include Mandarin)

  • Supervise Hong Kong and overseas Sales team on inbound and outbound client activation call performance
