Responsibilities

  • Business Dashboard & Leadership Scorecard Management: Collaborate with key business units to design and optimize leadership scorecards and core performance dashboards, ensuring premium data visualization and accuracy that support strategic decision-making;

  • Centralized Data Platform Development: Build and maintain a centralized data platform that integrates key business data sources, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and scalability to support reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled use cases;

  • Cross-Functional KPI Alignment, Business Translation & Executive Reporting: Partner with finance, strategy, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders to translate operational KPIs into practical data frameworks, streamlined reporting, and clear executive presentations, including support for quarterly board meetings;

  • AI & Innovation for Business Efficiency: Drive the adoption and implementation of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI, Copilots and LLMs, to modernize business workflows, enhance analytics productivity, and identify commercial opportunities;

  • Digital Transformation & Workflow Automation: Identify operational pain points within cinema and lead pilot programs for automated solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline delivery speed;

  • Strategic Initiatives & Ad-hoc Business Support: Support management-led initiatives through analytical problem-solving, agile prototyping, and ad-hoc strategic business analysis.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline;

  • 3–5 years of solid experience in building and maintaining data platforms, data analytics, commercial analysis or BI, with a proven track record of driving analytics transformation from traditional reporting to automated, AI-enabled operations;

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, alongside hands-on experience in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau;

  • Practical experience with structured and unstructured data, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, APIs, databases and/or cloud platforms; practical experience in embedding AI-enabled workflow solutions and automation into day-to-day business processes is required;

  • Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively alongside executives, finance, and commercial teams;

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify business issues and recommend data-driven solutions.

Emperor Cinemas GroupSenior Film Project Executive

Responsibilities

  • Source and curate alternative programmes such as concerts, live-viewing events, film festivals and restored movies in order to maximize box office revenue.

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of alternative programmes by handling film contracts, distribution logistics and censorship, and coordinating with film owners, marketing team, and key stakeholders.

  • Manage and plan daily, weekly and monthly film schedule of cinemas;

  • Input schedule and corresponding ticket price data into ticketing system;

  • Attend exhibitor screening and provide insights and forecasts on upcoming film releases for booking selection;

  • Provide on-site support for cinema events;

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above in Films, Creative Media, Event Management, Project Management, or related disciplines;

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

  • Pleasant, proactive, highly organized, detailed-minded, creative and able to work independently;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Passionate about movies and a good team player;

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management or film industry. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Film Project Manager;

  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality customer service
  • Execute theater daily operations
  • Perform daily duties including ticketing, ticket checking, and assisting in F&B service including food preparation, beverage making and sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in cinema and F&B areas to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform related duties assigned by supervisors

 

Requirements

  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Passionate about customer service and willing to learn
  • Willing to work on shift duties
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Cinema Service Ambassador or Senior F&B Service Ambassador

  • Monitor stock levels, cost control and overall operational efficiency
  • Follow up on repair and maintenance to ensure facilities and equipment remain in good condition

 

Requirements

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Minimum 3 years of frontline supervisory or relevant operational experience
