A crew of “modern farmers” from Emperor Group had their first taste of organic farming at Produce Green Foundation Organic Farm in Hok Tau, Fanling in April. They learnt to plough, sow and fertilize, experiencing a part of the way of sustainable lifestyle. They returned to reap in June, joined by elders from Tsuen Wan Golden Organic Farm. Hosts and guests also learnt to pickle vegetables. All of them enjoyed the day and left with a full load of harvests.
