Emperor Group Volunteer Team made their first move in 2016 on January 9 to Haven of Hope Woo Ping Care & Attention Home. 30 volunteers, including staff members and their friends or relatives, visited the elderly there with early Chinese New Year wishes.
The volunteers shared a pleasant afternoon with the elderly, during which they sang Cantonese opera songs and did some simple stretches and exercises together. Before they went, the volunteers gave each of the elderly one gift pack, in which there are a piece of bath towel, hand cream and some biscuits.
The volunteers also visited the Rehabilitation Room, which has been furnished with new equipment with a donation Emperor Foundation made to Haven of Hope earlier.
