Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year's experiences in mobile application development
  • Familiar with IDE Xcode and Android Studio
  • Proficiency in Swift (iOS) & Kotlin (Android)
  • Experience in JSON, RESTful API, SQL 
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving skills 
Officer - Business Support (Brokerage)

Responsibilities 

  • Liaise and coordinate with clients, various department and counterparties for various corporate finance projects 
  • Perform account opening, deal execution and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial and credit analysis
  • Perform company and industry research 
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and administrative work assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines 
  • Eligible to apply Type 1 Representative license under SFC would be an advantage
  • 1 years or above relevant experience in financial industry, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • A good team player but able to work independently
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude, responsible, polite, willing to learn
  • Good command of written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Analytical skill of financial statement is a plus
Officer - Customer Service (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive and professional support to clients such as handling and resolving client’s enquiries, requests and complaints
  • Coordinate with cross-department to enhance operation efficiency and customer experience
  • Handle individual and corporate account onboarding procedures include data collection and KYC/CDD
  • Assist the daily maintenance and continuous enhancement of customer chat management platform
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above
  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
  • Holder of SFC license RA1 and RA2 or equivalent

  • Collaborate with various internal and external parties for planning and executing marketing and promotion projects 
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

  • Coordinate different parties for event planning and management 
  • Coordinate and aid in the preparation of marketing materials 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Communication, Marketing, or other related discipline 
  • 2 years or above relevant experience in PR & Marketing function. Experienced in financial industry is a plus

Paralegal

About the Job

  • Assist in executing legal transactions, drafting and review documentation including legal advice, memorandums and agreements etc for securities, mortgage and unsecured loan businesses
  • Conducting legal research, summarizing external advice / case laws and drafting reports
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to follow up on business projects
  • Prepare reports for Management’s review
  • Keep abreast of updated laws and regulations and advise on the updated internal handling for the Group
  • Provide support on special / ad-hoc projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder in law related disciplines
  • 3-5 years’ related working experience in law firm or in-house legal work. Financial industry experience is an advantage
  • Mature, self-motivated, independent and strong attention to details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, trustworthy with positive attitude and a good team player
  • Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing

Senior Administrator/ Administrator, Loans Team

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all loan documents including agreements, forms etc.
  • Conduct checking on loan documentation in both pre and post drawdown phases
  • Ensure daily loan operations are compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare monthly reports for management review
  • Handle customer enquiries and loans applications in a professional and compliance manner
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 5 years or above of administration experience in Finance and mortgage loans related experience is a must
  • Good sensitivity to numbers
  • Energetic and able to work under pressure
  • Good command in written & spoken in English & Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is a plus

Senior Manager/ Manager, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, including IPO, M&A, fund raising exercises and transactions advisory across multiple sectors
  • Manage the pace of execution and day-to-day liaisons with clients, various professionals and regulators
  • Manage the quality of deliverables, including the draft publications, researches, pitchbooks, presentation deck and information memorandum
  • Perform analysis, research, and due-diligence on targets as assigned
  • Support team members for ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder or above, preferably with a major in accounting, finance, economics, law or other related disciplines
  • CPA, CFA and/or equivalent professional qualification would be a merit
  • At least 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, valuation or auditing field
  • Sound knowledge in the Hong Kong Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Rules Governing the Listing of Securities
  • Strong in logical thinking as well as presentation capabilities
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is required
